Caitlin Banks, a talent acquisition strategist and consultant, specializes in corporate recruitment and has a demonstrated history of success in securing the most sought-after professionals within their respective industries. She has long been recognized by peers in the recruiting industry as a top-performing, ambitious and dedicated partner, whose commitment and integrity is second to none.

Caitlin, a Certified Personnel Consultant, earned her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Virginia and was a member of UVA’s Women's Lacrosse team. She coached women's lacrosse at Georgetown University and the University of Maryland, and she currently coaches youth lacrosse locally.  Caitlin co-hosts the    annual Pre-Race for Hope celebration to benefit the Brain Tumor  Society.
